Internet Explorer: If you already have Adobe Flash Player loaded Adobe Connect should open up after you enter the URL in the browser window.
If Adobe Connect does not open try the following:
- Disable the pop-up blocker software.
- Clear browser cache.
Note: Adobe Connect may open in a separate window. Look for a new window with the Green Adobe Connect symbol on your task bar at the bottom of your screen.
If the above does not work, click the “troubleshooting page” link and follow the instructions.
Microsoft Edge: Enter URL in browser window. If a window pops up asking to change Apps, click Yes. If Adobeconnect does not open, but you are asked to download Adobe Flash, do not download. Instead, click on the “padlock” symbol to the left of the URL and on the pop-up window, click “allow” Adobe Flash to run. Then close the pop-up window and refresh the page. Adobe connect should open.

If the above does not work, click the “troubleshooting page” link and follow the instructions.
Google Chrome: Enter URL in browser window. If Adobe Connect does not open and the below window comes up,
“Maintenance” Did Not Open?
You need to install and join via Adobe Connect desktop application.
Download Adobe Connect Application

You Do Not have to Download Adobe Connect if it is already on your computer. Instead, click “i” to the left of the URL. A pop-up window titled “Your Connection to this Site is Not Fully Secure” will appear. Select “Allow” for Flash. Then close the pop-up window and reload the page. Adobe connect should open.
